Refund policy

Soul Submitted Designs are happy to refund on damaged or faulty items upon viewing of the items.

If we deem any clear degradation that is not linked to overt heat exposure ( iron on the print or very high temperature dryer cycles) we are happy to receive back and replace the exact garment or one of similar design. 

We are happy to discuss postage costs per an email reaching out to us and we will manage as each circumstance as per the nature of the request.
